I'm not sure, but maybe St Agnes Catholic Church is what you are looking for. I have many members of my family that attended and are buried there. I know it is in Morrisdale, but I don't know if it is off Rt 53 (I've never been there). -----Original Message----- From: paclearf-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:paclearf-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of GreatBerr@aol.com Sent: Wednesday, July 25, 2007 12:24 PM To: paclearf@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [PACLEARF] WHITAKER headstones Hello! I'm just starting a Pa Tombstone Project for Mt. Zion Cemetery 3 miles outside Hughesville PA, Lycoming County, Penn Township. About 400 - 500 graves that I hope to photograph over the next few weeks as I get time. If you have any ancestors in this area, I will be happy to try to get photos of headstones - just send email with information. Meantime, I would be interested in any information about Surnames Berry and Moreau in Morrisdale, Clearfield County, PA . Two cemeteries - One I know only as "the Catholic Cemetery" [St Anne's ?] not far outside Morrisdale turn left of Rt 53. Other go out ?? Road [deadends into Rt 53 right in Morrisdale] - don't know the name of it. My ancestors include Thomas Berry, Coal Miner, from Morrisdale, his wife Sidonia Moreau Berry, and 2 sons Norman and Grant, Sr. [I'm grant Jr.]. Also Charlie Moreau, Betty Jean Moreau Hubler - daughter of Charlie and "Prim" Moreau. Also "Prim" Moreau (Charlie's wife) and Sidonie Moreau - mother of Sidonia Moreau Berry. If you know of any information available specific to Morrisdale, I would appreciate it if you could direct me to it. FYI - I just purchased a CD with all issues of "Now and Then" - quarterly publication of the Muncy Historical Society, from 1868 through 1954 on it in text searchable pdf format. Over 2000 pages. So if you're trying to locate information about ancestors in or near Muncy PA, Lycoming County, I'll be glad to search the "Now and Then" data for you. Please have a Great Day!! .........Grant Berry In a message dated 7/24/2007 8:30:56 P.M. We are almost finished with the on-line inventory at USGenWeb for Clearfield County. When that is finished I will be sending pictures of many tombstones to Ellis Michaels so he can load them on the site. There are two pictures there now, one of the sign and the other of the plaque. I see many names in your list which are in Centre Cemetery.
