I have him born to a Joseph R. Neely and Eliza Ketner on 11 August 1854 in Clairon Co. Pa. He was one of eleven children born to that family. 1900 Censes has his spouse as "Elizabeth T. ????", which I have not entered into my family tree. Is the death date of "1916" confirmed?
