What years do you refer to for them? Joseph Kelley family was in Jefferson Co. in 1860, before moving to MN after the Civil War. I notice Redbank Twp from Armstrong Co. Edward Kelley, in 1810, among others were in Armstrong Co, as well as other counties in the region. There are a lot of Kelleys. There might prove to be a connection in the future. Thank you.
