MILLER-JANUARY 26, 1911 CLARION DEMOCRAT PAPER JOHN J. MILLER WAS BORN IN GERMANY MARCH 3, 1846 AND DIED IN TYLERSBURG, PA.JANUARY 10, 1911, AGED 64 YEARS, 10 MONTHS AND 7 DAYS OLD. DECEASED WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO POLLY A. BREWSTER MARCH 7, 1868. OF THIS UNION, EIGHT CHILDREN WERE BORN, TWO SONS AND SIX DAUGHTERS. HE WAS A MEMBER OF THE M. E. CHURCH AND WAS BURIED FROM THE CHURCH OF HIS CHOICE JANUARY 13. REV. M. B. RILEY OFFICIATING. HE WAS AFFILIATED WITH THE I.O.O.F.. TO TO THE CREDIT OF THIS ORDER THERE WAS PAID HIM DURING HIS LONG ILLNESS BENEFITS AMOUNTING TO $1150. THE ORDER FURNISHED BEAUTIFUL FLORAL TRIBUTES AND TOOK CHARGE OF THE SERVICES AT THE GRAVE.
