We have tried the Carnegie Library. Her name was Helen Normant later years Helen Norman Kitzmiller. We have her listed as Pittsburgh, Pa. I have found some of the family might have been from the Westmoreland area, Vandergrift area. Can someone please help. I am not sure where else to go..Her brother's birth certificate was a late generated one because of the year. Her mother died after giving birth to him, WILLIAM NORMANT in Vindex, MD. Peter Weisengoff was his sponsor. Her mother was AGNES YURGELITES, JURGELAS, WHO MARRIED ANTHONY NORMANTAS OR NORMANT, AND THEN NORMAN. Please help locate family information. I believe her fathers real name was Antonas Jonas Normantas from Poland/Lithuania. Mother was from Russia.
