Stehle, Utica, formerly of Scott Township Anna Montgomery, event to honor Dorothy A. Sonoski Kline Dorothy A. Sonoski Kline, 66, of Huefner Spring Road, Shippenville, wife of William C. Kline, died Thursday evening, Nov. 4, 2004, in Clarion Hospital. The Faller Funeral Home of Fryburg is in charge of arrangements. A complete obituary will be published Saturday in The Derrick. James R. Shettler James R. Shettler, 45, of Turniphole, Clarion County, died at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2004, in Clarion Hospital. Born April 25, 1959, in Clarion, he was the son of Robert L. and Shirley Rossman Shettler, who survive in Knox. Mr. Shettler first worked for Knox Glass and later for Brown Boiler Works in Franklin. He was a member of the Clarion County Rod & Gun Club in Knox and the National Rifle Association. Mr. Shettler enjoyed hunting, motorcycles, woodworking and fishing. Surviving, in addition to his parents of Knox, are a son, Sean Geagan of Grove City; two sisters and their husbands, Stephanie and Charles Gorham of Knox and Jessica and Bill Leadbetter of Strattanville; two granddaughters; two nephews; and one niece. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the David C. McEntire Funeral Home, 504 E. Penn St., Knox. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. Curtis Noble, pastor of the Strattanville United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Starr Cemetery, Knox RD 1. The family suggests memorials be made to the Knox Area Volunteer Ambulance Co., Knox, 16232. Gilbert J. Stehle Gilbert J. Stehle, 72, of Utica, formerly of Scott Township, died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2004, at his residence. He was a Pittsburgh native and had worked as a lieutenant for the Scott Township Police Department. Mr. Stehle had been president of the Utica Borough Council. He was married to the former Jeanne Lysakowski, formerly of Scott Township, and she preceded him in death. Surviving are two children, Roberta Jean Staph and husband, Garry, of Scott Township, and Daniel Stehle and wife, Sandra, of Robinson Township; and six grandchildren, Nathan, Jarod and Joshua Staph and Zachery, Rees and Danielle Stehle. He also is survived by a brother, Ralph Stehle of Franklin Park; and a sister, Mary Jean Watson of Pittsburgh. A brother, Herman Stehle Jr., is deceased. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Henry R. Henney Funeral Home, 524 Washington Ave., Carnegie. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in Our Lady of Grace Church, Kane Blvd., Scott Township. Interment will be in Mount Lebanon Cemetery. Event to honor Anna Montgomery A celebration of life for Anna Battin Montgomery, 65, of Bradenton, Fla., formerly of Seneca, will begin at noon Saturday, Nov. 13, in the Cornplanter Fire Hall. She died Monday, Oct. 18, in Bradenton.
