One of the ancestor is the brother to Martin (John Jacob Dunkle 1798-1878) I am trying to locate his first wife. His second wife was named Ann Custer. But unfortunately I am related to the 1st. The 2nd Dunkle family is Micheal Dunkle who was born circa 1825. He married Nancy Rhea. I cannot find the parents of Micheal. Tho so far I have found 7 other Micheal Dunkles. My great grandfather's Mother was Amy Dunkle (child of John Jacob) and he married Sarah Catherine Dunkle (child of Micheal) My father always said the two Dunkle families were related but I can't figure out the mess. Anyone have an idea? I just wish they had all been more imaginative with their naming!! Thanks, Joanne

Joanne, I'm confused. Who married Sarah Catherine Dunkle? I have this family group in my data base, but I don't know which son of Amy Rebecca Dunkle and Christian Kuhns married Sarah Catherine Dunkle.
