Born July 27, 1960, he was the son of Michael and Joan Olson Mills, who survive on Route 36 North, Clarington. He was a 1979 graduate of Brookville Area High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Mills was the manager and foreman of the Pine Crest cabins, campground and stables in the Cook Forest area, where he resided all his life. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was well known and popular with many of the permanent campers and friends from his lifetime in the area. Surviving with his parents are two sons, Keegan Mills of Clarion, and Jonah Mills of Fairmount City; two daughters, Mariah and Hanna Mills, both of Fairmount City; and a brother, Mark Anthony Mills and fiancee, Pamela Sifinski, of Cook Forest. Born Nov. 6, 1964, in Franklin, he was a son of the late Ronald Hawke Sr. and Carol Bowser Hawke Davis, who survives in Utica. Mr. Hawke attended Franklin High School. Mrs. Neeley was a retired cafeteria worker and school bus driver for the Grove City area schools. She worked with child evangelism, church camps and as a Sunday School teacher. She also was involved with prison ministry and the Christian Cross-Road Bible Institute. She was married April 18, 1936, to Joseph M. Neeley, who preceded her in death Sept. 7, 2001. A resident of Clintonville since 1980, he was employed at Daniels Transfer as a tractor-trailer driver for 15 years before his retirement. He was a member for most of his life of the Moose lodges in Mercer and Franklin, the VFW of Grove City and a social member of Paul W. Wood Post No. 7840 at Hilliards. He also was a member of the Thompson Memorial Association at West Sunbury Legion No. 243, West Sunbury. Mr. Huff enjoyed hunting and fishing and enjoyed the outdoors. Constance Black Kase Kapp, 83, of 150 Main St., Seneca, died early Tuesday morning, Aug. 17, 2004, in UPMC Northwest, Franklin. Born Nov. 20, 1920, in Franklin, she was a daughter of George Acheson and Constance Estella Hunter Black. She was a 1938 graduate of Franklin High School and then attended Allegheny College in Meadville and the University of Alabama. Mrs. Kapp started her business career at United Welding with her father and brother in 1947. In 1958, she began the business of Kapp Alloy and Wire Inc. She was the owner, president and CFO of the company until 1997, when it was sold to Franklin businessman Jack Crawford. The business, still operating as Kapp Alloy and Wire Inc., expanded to international markets under Mrs. Kapp's leadership. She served on the Alumni board of Allegheny College from 1990 to the present and was an active member of the Franklin Industrial and Commercial Development Authority from 1995 to 2003. She was a member of the Franklin Club and had been a member of Wanango Country Club. She traveled extensively all over the world. Mrs. Kapp was well known for not only caring for her family, but also her friends and people in general. She was married in 1941 to James Harrison Kase Sr., who preceded her in death. In 1950, she married Donald C. Kapp, who preceded her in death. Surviving are a son, James Harrison Kase Jr. of Phoenix; four grandsons, Robert James Kase, and wife, Tonyia, of Prescott, Ariz., Michael John Kase Jr. of Franklin, Bret Wayne Kase of Oil City, and Wesley Paul Kase of East Lake, Ohio; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, George Acheson, and wife, Patricia, of Franklin; and a dear friend, Tammy Masterson of Seneca. Kellogg, 411 Cherrytree Road, Titusville Patti M. Ziegler, 433 Gilfillan St., Franklin Darl Elmer Bish, 71, of Maple Street, Hawthorn, died Saturday, Aug. 21, 2004, at the Clarion Hospital. Born June 21, 1933, in Armstrong County, he was the son of Ott and Myrtle Hepler Bish. Mr. Bish owned Bish's Store in New Bethlehem and later changed it over to the Dinner Bell Restaurant operating it until his retirement. He was a member of the Hawthorn Calvary United Methodist Church where he was well known for his cooking and a breakfast meal. He also belonged to the New Bethlehem Lions Club, serving as District Governor of 14-N, and the Masonic lodge No. 522 of New Bethlehem. Mr. Bish was regional chairman for the Salvation Army was chairman for the Clarion area annual drive. While he lived in Tionesta, he belonged to the fire and ambulance company. He was also a member of the Tionesta Lions Club and was one of the organizers of the Tionesta Indian Festival. He was a lifetime member of the New Bethlehem and Hawthorn fire companies and the area Chamber of Commerce. He was president of the Hawthorn Borough council and a member of the R.V.M.A. water company of New Bethlehem. He was married Aug. 21, 1965, to the former June L. Neill, and she survives. Born May 7, 1906, in Rossiter, Indiana County, she was the daughter of Phillip and Matilda Spencer Painter. Mrs. Enterline attended Rossiter Schools, Indiana County. She was of the Methodist faith and was a lifelong homemaker. She was married June 20, 1923, to Daniel Enterline, who preceded her in death. Sr. and Jean Seitz Lastauckas. He graduated from St. Basil High School in Pittsburgh in 1967. Born Aug. 19, 1922, in Belle Vernon, he was the son of James L. and Margaret Geever Barrett. He was a graduate of Edinboro University and the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, N.Y. Mr. Barrett was a second lieutenant, infantry unit commander in Company 1, 78th Infantry Division, 309th Infantry Regiment, serving in France and Germany during World War II. He participated in the Battle of the Bulge and received the European, African, Middle East Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. Mr. Barrett was an industrial designer, having worked many years for Chrysler and the Ford Motor Co. He and his family moved back to Knox in 1978. Mr. Barrett enjoyed reading, history and following politics and was especially proud of his children and grandchildren. He also is survived by a sister, Rose Marie Barrett of Pittsburgh; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Barrett was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Caparosa and Margaret Hutchinson. "Jack" Carey, 68, of 1 Sycamore St., Oil City, died at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2004, in UPMC Northwest, Franklin. Born Dec. 15, 1935, in Oil City, he was the son of James H. and Catherine Lonergan Carey. He was a 1955 graduate of St. Joseph High School. Mr. Carey had worked in construction for Bouquin's, as a painter while living in Arizona and last worked for Beals Personal Care Home in Franklin. He was a member of the Pulaski Club and the VFW. Mr. Carey enjoyed golfing and playing cards. Surviving are a son, John Carey of Colorado; one brother, Robert Carey of Dover, Del.; and three sisters, Mary Niederriter of Warren, Pa., and Joanne Meagher and husband, Paul, and Barbara Hall, all of Oil City. Mr. Carey was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Richard Carey and James Carey; and one sister, Patricia McClellan. Carnahan, 86, of Tionesta, died at 2:05 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004. Among her six surviving children are Richard, Robert and Dennis Carnahan and Janet Bruner, all of Tionesta; and a sister, Helen Kinch of Tionesta. Col. Allen H. Foreman, (U.S. Army ret), 94, a resident of Kane since 1986, formerly of Tionesta and Oil City, died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2004, in North Arundel Hospital, Glen Burnie, Md. Born Feb. 26, 1910, in Tionesta, he was the son of Vivian and Hazel Foreman. When pre-school age, the family moved to Oil City where he attended public school. After graduation in 1928 from high school, Col. Foreman worked as a reporter for The Oil City Blizzard until January 1929 when he entered Maryville College in Tennessee. In May 1930 he enlisted in the Army and served as a private in the 29th Infantry at Fort Benning, Ga., until July 1931 when he entered the United States Military Academy at West Point. He graduated from West Point and was commissioned as a second lieutenant with the Class of 1935. During World War II, Col. Foreman served overseas from July 1942 to August 1945 as a tank destroyer officer in Tunisia and Italy and then with the First U.S. Army in the drive from Normandy to Leipzig. During the next 20 years, he served his country as an Army officer in numerous capacities, both at home and abroad, and retired Aug. 31, 1965, at Governors Island, N.Y., where he was the Assistant Chief of Staff, First U.S. Army. Following retirement from the Army, Col. Foreman earned a master's of arts degree at Villanova University and served as an English instructor at Valley Forge Military Academy from 1966 to 1975. Col. Foreman was a member of East Kane Methodist Church, the Rotary Club of Kane, Bucktail Chapter of the Retired Officers Association and the Society of Mayflower Descendants. His interests included golf (he never rode in a cart), bowling, gardening, walking and discussing politics. He married a high school classmate, the former Marjorie Luella Anderson of Oil City, Dec. 21, 1935, and she died Aug. 6, 1985. From this marriage are four surviving sons, Allen H. Foreman Jr., of Edgewater, Md., Robert J. Foreman of Carlsbad, Calif., Thomas A. Foreman of Gainesville, Fla., and James R. Foreman of Lake City, Fla.; four grandchildren, Brian, Kevin, Tomiko and Andrew; and one great-grandchild, Karen. On Oct. 1, 1986, he married Mrs. L. Catherine Galbo, widow of Joseph J. Galbo, both longtime residents of Kane. She died July 10, 2000. From this marriage are three surviving stepsons, William A. Galbo of Barnegat, N.J., Philip E. Galbo of Meadville and Samuel J. Galbo of Corry. A memorial service will be held in Kane at a later date. Interment will be in West Point, N.Y. Kunselman, 74, of South Bethlehem, died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2004, in Clarion Hospital. Born Nov. 2, 1929, in Pierce (Salem), he was the son of Irvin and Emma Shaffer Kunselman. Mr. Kunselman attended Salem schools and graduated from Dayton High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he held the rank of AM2. Mr. Kunselman was employed as a printer for the Leader Vindicator of New Bethlehem, retiring in 1995. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Bethlehem. Mr. Kunselman loved the outdoors and hunting but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed woodworking. He was married in Salem Feb. 25, 1955, to the former Bonnie L. Mathers, who survives. They would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in February. Also surviving are a daughter, Karen Johnston and husband, Joseph, of South Bethlehem; a sister, Gladys Slagle and husband, Carl, of New Bethlehem RD 1; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Kunselman was preceded in death by two brothers, Melroy and Clyde Kunselman; and one sister, Martha Gruver. Wolbert, 60, of 106 Lutz Drive, Lucinda, died Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004, in Life Care Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Nov. 25, 1943, in Lucinda, she was the daughter of Edward and Beatrice Griebel Lutz. She was a graduate of St. Joseph School in Lucinda. Mrs. Wolbert was employed by Marienville Glass Plant, Rod's Grocery Store and Knox Township. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, Lucinda, and the Rosary Society of the church. Mrs. Wolbert enjoyed card club, spending time with her grandchildren, gardening and reading. She was married Nov. 25, 1967, to Michael J. Wolbert, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Andrew M. Wolbert and wife, Kathleen, of Shippenville and Paul E. Wolbert and wife, Judy, of Marble; and four grandchildren, Kevin, John, Alex and Kirk. She also is survived by a sister, Kathleen Lutz of Lucinda; and a brother, Edward Lutz and wife, Janice, of Shippenville. Mrs. Wolbert was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Joseph S.
