Mary, Does your Cowan connect to a Samuel Cowan by chance? I'm told that they lived for a time in East Liverpool, OH in the 1920's, 1930's or after that? Not sure at this time. Sound familiar at all? Have any idea as to where Kane, PA is? Not me, that's why I'm asking?
