The Clarion Barletts descend from Conrad Barlet, one of 3 brothers from Germany. Older Bro Hans Wolf arrived 1732 on the Pink Plaisance Sep 1732 to Phil. He was joined in 1749 by Conrad & my ancestor Paul. Just for interest, our Barlett ancestors were quite active Rev War, including my GGG Gf Jacob Barlett (s/o Paul), a member of the von Heer Dragoons (we have the roster), bodyguards of Genl Washington. His son Daniel went S to OH, spending 60 of his 104 yrs on the banks of the Sandusky river, in the Wooster/ Bucyrus/ Fostoria area (We have newspaper published interviews, see in the Archives).
