COUNTY OF CLARION DEATH: Personally appeared before me,Chas. M. Hart,a Notary Public,in and for said County,MRS. SARAH A. SIPLER,who being duly sworn according to law ieposes and says: That she is 63 years of age;that she is a resident of Hovey Township,Armstrong County,Pennsylvania;that she is the mother by her first husband,vix:-William B.Williams,now deceased,of Laura,intermarried with Solomon Downing,late of Foxburg,in Richland Township,Clarion County,Pennsylvania,deceased;that the full christened name of her said daughter,commonly known as Laura by her neighbors and friends,is Laura Ellen;that the said Laura Ellen Downing was resident in Foxburg,in Richland Township,Clarion County,Pa.,from whence she was removed in her last sickness to the home of deponent;and that she died at the residence of deponent in the Township of Hovey,County of Armstrong,state of Pennsylvania,in the afternoon of October 16th,1906,and was buried in the cemetery of the Memorial Church of Our Fath! er at Foxburg,in Richland Township,Clarion County,Pa.,that she renounced her right to act as administratix of the estate of said Laura Ellen Downing and desired that John G.Hager of Foxburg,Pennsylvania be appointed Administrator thereof. signed -Mrs.Sarah A.Sipler Sworn and Subscribed before me this 10th day of November,A.D.1906 signed Charles M.Hart Notary Public.
