Ace, 45, of 124 Kramer St., Oil City, died at 2:41 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007, in UPMC Northwest, Seneca. Born April 27, 1962, in Franklin, she was the daughter of Beryl D. and Carol L. Oakes Ace. She was a graduate of Cranberry High School. Ms. Ace cared deeply about animals and will be missed by her puppy, Maggie Mae. Surviving are her parents, Beryl and Carol Ace of Cranberry; two sisters, Diana L. Ace of Phoenix, Ariz., and Holly J. Bitner and husband, Dennis, of Seneca; a niece, Emily Bitner, of Seneca; and her companion, Leroy Echenoz of Oil City. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Huff Chapel, 312 W. Park St., Franklin. Private graveside services will be held in Mount Zion Cemetery, Cranberry. The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Venango County Humane Society, P.O. Box 1045, Oil City, 16301. Margaret L. Say, 81, of Emlenton RD, died Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 30, 2007, in Brookville Hospital. Born Nov. 16, 1925, in Turkey City, she was the daughter of Ralph and Dorothy Jackson Best. Mrs. Say was a homemaker and was known throughout the area for her cooking. She was of the Church of God faith and taught Children's Sunday school, Youth Group, Bible school and anything involving children and church. Mrs. Say enjoyed reading, singing and collecting recipes, along with clever and religious articles. She was married Nov. 15, 1946, to Carl L.Say, who survives. Also surviving are one son, Carl L. Say Jr. and wife, Korona, of Emlenton; one daughter, Priscilla E. Reisinger and husband, George, of Callensburg; seven grandchildren, Shawn and Michael Bell and Jason, Eric, Kristi, Misty and Jonathan Say; and six great-grandchildren, Alex, Liam, Colin, Addison, Elizabeth and Nathan. She also is survived by two brothers, Donald Jackson of Texas and Robert Jackson of Knox. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Say was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Rachael Reisinger. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today in the William N. Rupert Mortuary Inc. in Knox. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Turkey City Church of God with the Rev. Tom Hannold officiating. Interment will follow in St. Petersburg Cemetery. Getting it right - Robert George Armagost Robert George Armagost, 41, of 160 Petroleum Center Road, Oil City, died unexpectedly Saturday morning, Oct. 27, 2007, in his residence. Among his survivors are two stepbrothers, Robert Griffin Jr. of Florida and Kevin Griffin and wife, Julie, of Titusville, and a stepsister, Pammy Witherow and husband, Rick, of Franklin.
