Gawrys, 86, a resident of the Oil City Presbyterian Home Debra Lynn Secules-Finch, 46, formerly of Franklin Barbara Aileen Stewart, 62, of Conneration Road, P Nola Fern Boal, 86, formerly of 201 McClelland Ave., Polk, died at 5 a.m. Monday June 25, 2007, in the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Harry Beemiller, 97 Dean Road, Sandy Lake, with whom she had been residing for several months. Born April 28, 1921, in Cokeville, she was the daughter of the Rev. Earl J. and Emma Blanche Tinkey Jennings. She was a graduate of Franklin High School. Mrs. Boal had been employed as a building supervisor at Polk State School and Hospital and at the time of her retirement, she was a program coordinator. She was a member of St. Patrick Church, Franklin. Mrs. Boal created caricatures from paper mache. She enjoyed her time spent with Jocko, her dog. On Thanksgiving Day Nov. 23, 1939, she married Robert B. Boal Sr., who died July 23, 2001. Surviving are a daughter, Patricia Beemiller and husband, Harry, of Sandy Lake; a daughter-in-law, Diana Boal of Polk; four grandchildren, Kimberly Boal of Franklin, Robert B. Boal III and wife, Stacey, of Polk, Britt Adam Beemiller and wife, Kristy, of Adairsville, Ga., and Lt. Col. Jeannette Jones and husband, Shawn, of St. Petersburg, Va.; and five great-grandchildren, Bo Fuller of Polk, Cody and Maleah Beemiller of Adairsville, Ga., and Cheyenne and Dakota Jones of St. Petersburg, Va. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Boal was preceded in death by a son, Deacon Robert B. Boal Jr.; a grandson, Boomer Taylor; a granddaughter, Lisa Beemiller; two sisters, Maybelle Wilson and Gail Mitchell; and a brother, Jay Jennings. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Huff Chapel, 312 W. Park St., Franklin. Mary Ethel Eberhart, 87, formerly of New Bethlehem, died peacefully Saturday, June 23, 2007, in Golden Living, Kinzua Valley, Water Street, Warren, Pa. Born July 4, 1919, in Clarion County, she was the daughter of Lawrence and Audrey Wagner Cathcart. Mrs. Eberhart was a longtime resident of Climax and was a member of the Climax Baptist Church. When she resided in South Bethlehem, she became a member of the Springside Baptist Church and most recently, she was a member of the Vision Ministries in Clarendon. She was an avid gardener and reader. Mrs. Eberhart will be missed by all those whose lives she touched. She was married in November 1937 to William T. Eberhart, who died in September 1986. Surviving are her children: William L. Eberhart of Oswego, Ill., Grace George of Fairmount City, Dennis Eberhart of Lowellville, Ohio, Ruth Zullo of Clarendon, Timothy Eberhart of Cumberland, Md., and John Eberhart of Warren; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She also is survived by two brothers, John Cathcart of New Bethlehem and Preston Cathcart of Akely; four sisters, Dorothy Boyer of New Bethlehem, Lois Campbell of Massilon, Ohio, Louise Burford of Akely and Alice Leavens of Rimersburg; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Eberhart was preceded in death by siblings, Robert Cathcart, Donald Cathcart, Barbara Cathcart and Merle Wagner. Gawrys, 86, a resident of the Oil City Presbyterian Home, formerly of 1310 Shaffer Run Road, Oil City, died at 5:20 a.m. Monday, June 25, 2007, in the Presbyterian Home following an extended illness. Born Sept. 8, 1920, in Oil City, she was the daughter of Albert and Catherine Biela Tenza. Mrs. Gawrys was a graduate of Oil City Senior High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, growing flowers and doing crafts. Mrs. Gawrys was a member of St. Joseph Church, Oil City. She was married in the Assumption B.V. M. Church, Oil City, Sept. 10, 1938, to Edward Joseph Gawrys, who preceded her in death Dec. 16, 2002. Surviving are one son, Edward Gawrys of Oil City; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She also is survived by two sisters and their spouses, Lottie and Ted Wujcik of Oil City and Virginia and Max Gollasch of Aurora, Colo.; two brothers and their spouses, Edward and Joan Tenza of Titusville and Raymond and Jean Tenza of Oil City. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Gawrys was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Joan. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Church. Born May 7, 1961, she was the daughter of Philip and Mary Jane Secules of Franklin. Ms. Finch attended St. Patrick School and graduated from Venango Christian High School. After high school, she moved to California and later returned to Pennsylvania. She was employed by the U.S. Postal Service in Franklin. Surviving, in addition to her parents of Franklin, are her son, Gibson Finch of Michigan; three brothers, Steve Secules and wife, Angel, of Utica, Bill Secules and wife, Shannon, of Waynesville, Mo., and Mike Secules of Lexington Park, Md.; a sister, Becky Martin of Franklin; and many nieces and nephews. Ms. Finch was preceded in death by her son, James Michael Lee V. Barbara Aileen Stewart, 62, of Conneration Road, Parker, died at 6:30 a.m. Monday, June 25, 2007, in the home of her daughter, Crystal Gifford, of Rimersburg. Born Aug. 27, 1944, in Karns City, she was the only child of Clyde and Alberta Roudebush Switzer. She attended Union High School. Mrs. Stewart was a member of the Karns City Church of God of Prophesy. She enjoyed her grandson, Conner, reading, shopping and collecting knickknacks. Mrs. Stewart was married in the Rimersburg United Methodist Church Nov. 18, 1967, to William K. Stewart, who preceded her in death Nov. 4, 1991. Surviving are two daughters, Raelene Renee Stewart of Rimersburg and friend, James Davis, of Cranberry, Butler County, and Crystal Kay Gifford and husband, William, of Rimersburg; one grandson, Conner William Gifford of Rimersburg; one uncle, William Roudebush of Grove City; and a number of cousins.
