Twila: I just e mailed you before I read this message. So sorry to hear about her death. I am interested in her Cowan name as on my father'se side one of his cousins married a Cowan-Daniel Cowan b 1902 d 1980 married Anna Bouvard b 1902 d 1986 in Kane, McKean Co. PA. I do not know who Dan's parents were but his children stil live in Kane-my cousins-but they did not seem to know his family either. I have his line down to his greast grandchildren. Anna's mother was Catherine Maher d of Patrick Maher and Mary Ceceilia Crosson. Patrick and Mary were pioneer settlers of Kane-he is my great grandfather. Would appreciate any Cowan information.
