My great grand mother was a mary elizabeth painter born in 1831 her fater was suposed to be a John Painter but they were classified as native american. I guess that she is not in the family you are thinking of. She married my Great grandfather Geroge Metzger March 2, 1848 in Tylersburg Pa. Clarion COunty John Metzger
