In 1870 Her parents B.F. Neely is 26, Sarah is 24, brother Elmer E is 6, and "Elcy" is 2. I don't find them again until 1900 (no 1890 census) In the 1900 census the birth dates are recorded. In Beaver Twp. Benjamin F Neely was born May 1841, Sarah, June 1845 and the couple had been married 36 years, had 3 children and 2 were still living. Living with them are their grandchildren: Lotta Best, Feb 1883, and Grover C. Best, born March 1885. In 1910, Frank B. Neely is 66, Sara is 64, Cleve G. Best, grandson is 25, Lottie Best, granddaughter is 27 listed as divorced (?) and great-granddaughter Rachele M Edinger is 6 yrs old. No sign of Elsie (in the online index) until 1930 in Richland Twp where she is with Benjamin F. Way, age 68, Elsie is 62. He had been married at age 37 and she at age 31 (census info.) In 1870 and 1880, Ben Way is living with his parents John and Sarah. There is no sign of Dollie or Oliver in the index but they may have been born and died between census years.
