Johnson, Clarendon RD 1 Florence Eckendahl Theiss, 332 Church St., Sheffield Geraldine Sutley Barnett, getting it right Anna Louise Cravenor Anna Louise Cravenor, 99, of Main Street, Rimersburg, died at 2:10 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2005, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jean Smith of New Bethlehem, following an illness. The Richard D. Hillis Funeral Home in Rimersburg is in charge of arrangements. A complete obituary will be published Monday in The Derrick. Agnes M. Johnson Agnes M. Johnson, 84, of Clarendon RD 1, the mother of Mrs. Steve (Frances) Korchak of Corsica, died Wednesday, May 11, 2005, at her residence. Florence Eckendahl Theiss Florence Eckendahl Theiss, 89, of 332 Church St., Sheffield, died at 1:19 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2005, at the Rouse Warren County Home following an extended illness. Born Feb. 19, 1916, in Millvale, she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Alice Boyle Eckendahl. Formerly of Gibsonia, she had lived in Sheffield since 1978. She was a member of Sheffield United Methodist Church, the Sheffield Progressive Women's Club and the Sheffield Volunteer Fire Department ladies auxiliary. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. She was married Dec. 22, 1934, in Gibsonia to Donald O. Theiss, who preceded her in death. Surviving are six children, Mrs. Raymond (Aileen) Davidson of Sheffield, Ronald Theiss of Merritt Island, Fla., Mrs. Harlan (Judy) Gross and Gary Theiss, both of Mars, Donald Theiss of Aspen, Colo., and Mrs. Jerry (Linda) Cataldo of North Warren; and a brother, Jess Eckendahl of Gibsonia. Survivors also include 17 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Alice Mahurin, Ruth Leihi and Ruby Levandowski; and two brothers, Elmer and Harry Eckendahl. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the Borden-Lloyd Funeral Home, 203 W. Main St., Sheffield. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the funeral home with the Rev. Martin Reynolds, pastor of Clarendon Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Sheffield Cemetery. The family suggests memorial donations be made to Sheffield Volunteer Fire Department or ambulance service or the Sheffield Senior Center. Getting it right - Geraldine Sutley Barnett Geraldine Sutley Barnett, 84, of Pearl Street, West Hickory, died Wednesday morning, May 11, 2005, in the Rouse Warren County Home, Youngsville, after an extended illness. Among those preceding her in death was her husband, Lester J. Barnett, who died June 7, 1984.
