He married Sarah Pickens and supposedly they had 22 children. My grandfather,Thomas Jefferson Williams,Jr.,was born in Mississippi in 1822 and died in Limestone County, Texas in in 1887. He married Margaret Ann Oliver in 1846 in Mississippi. She was born in 1824 in South Carolina and was the daughter of Robert Oliver and Sarah Peddigrew. She died in 1881 in Limestone County, Texas.
