Mary, Yes, David wife was Elizabeth Himes daughter of Johann Jacob Himes and Catherine Raybuck/Kohler. I am not sure of the significance of the Raybuck/Kohler wheather she had been married before or my source was uncertain of her surname. That source may have been you, or Elaine Swab (this was back in the day before I realized the importance of documenting my sources). David's parents were Johannes Schwab 1770 - 24 Dec 1842 and Barbara (Kohler?) 1774 - After 1850. This comes from the settlement of Johannes Schwab's estate uncovered by Brian Hale. We know that Johannes and Barbara's oldest children were born in Northampton Co. the next several children were born in Westmoreland County before the family moved to Venango Co.
