    3. Forest county took some of the Clarion county area when it was formed. When you go down 62 from Warren to Clarion you wind up going through Warren, Forest and Clarion counties in the space of 15 miles without making any turns. She was born 29 Nov 1906. I have looked in Clarion County and its Beginngs, as this lists places in the county by township. No Nebraska. I also looked in The Pennsylvania Line, which has a listing of cities, boroughs and villages in PA in 1900. The only Nebraska it lists is in Forest Co., and it lists some pretty small places. According to birth records her parents, James P. and Eva Belle (Terwilliger) Kerr, were living in Millcreek Twp. in March 1897 and October 1898, and they were also living in or near Millcreek Twp. starting in 1911, as James was teaching school in that township then. I do not have access to the 1900 census, so cannot check which county they were in. Was there ever a Nebraska in Clarion County?
