I found her and family in 1880 census but then could not fine anything other than in Clarion County Democrat listing the estate of Eliza Neely on Oct 20, 1904 and it was stated administrators listing for Farmington Twp. which is where she lived. Can anyone give me advice as to where to look next for either a death certificate or a copy of her will?

If she died in 1904, you might try the State depository in New Castle, Pa. Harry with Neely line. If she was the wife of Andrew Neely they are on 1900 census Clarion Farmington Pg. 132B Im. 10. If there was a will should be at the Clarion county courthouse.
