Hello, I have a relative, William P. FRITZ (1894-1986) who was born in DuBois, Clearfield Co., PA; lived Detroit, MI; back to DuBois. He died in Punxsutawney, Jefferson Co., PA. On his death certificate it says he was buried in Knox Union Cemetery, Knox, PA. As far as I know, there is only one Knox in Pennsylvania, and that is in Clarion County. I just want to confirm that there is a Knox Union Cemetery there, so my records will be accurate. Hope someone can help with this. Thank you very much, Bev in Calif.
Bev, There is also a Knox Twp. in Jefferson Co.. It is located West of Reynoldsville and South of Brookville. I don't know if there is a Knox Union Cemetery located there. Hi Eric, Thanks for replying. I do know about Knox Twp. I have another line that is from that area by the name of REITZ. I, too, thought about that, but since William P. FRITZ' death certificate clearly stated Knox, PA., I wanted to start there. I've gotten some help with finding the care taker. Hopefully, I will know more next week if I'm on the right track. Again, thanks!! Bev "Eric Swab" <eswab@adelphia.net> wrote: To: <PACLARIO-L@rootsweb.com> Saturday, January 22, 2005 8:59 PM > Bev, > There is also a Knox Twp. in Jefferson Co..
