Linda, You will note that Rachel L. ORR (16 years old in the 1870 census) does not show up in the 1860 census, where she should be 6 years old!! And also note that the ages from 1860 to 1870 do not all increment by 10, which could be a census taker error. Or an error made by the person who was interviewed by the census taker. I can't wait to get the info from the deed you mentioned.
