Thanks again, Ellis, for posting all the obits! There is a William KAHLE mentioned as a brother to Donald D. KAYLE's obituary listed below. Wondering if anyone knows if this is the same William that married Virginia M. FOWLER, daughter of Fred Newton FOWLER (1888-1952) and Anna Elizabeth SNYDER (1887-1961). They lived in Clarion County. I have much on the SNYDER line, but collect information on any connections. I am always willing to share. Happy New Year! Bev in Calif. Her Mother was Eulalia Sterner. Her Father was Allen B. Sterner who married Mary Elizabeth Siegel. All, but my Mother, were born in Fryburg (Washington Twp). I have compiled a family tree on Ancestry.com (Schneider-Petulla- 2008). If you are interested in the info I have, send me an email address so that I can invite you to view it. Also, I need help. I am looking for indices of the cemeteries in the Fryburg area. I have the publication, "Faller Funeral Home Burials." I am unable to locate many of the Sterner, Siegel graves. I found my great grandparents (A.B. and Mary Sterner) and a couple of offspring in St. Michael's Cemetery. There should be more. I realize many migrated to Oil City and Franklin. I've found those records. Most of the names mentioned in your posting are very familiar. My great grandparents were Catholic. A.B. Sterner was a convert. I am probably looking for the protestant family members. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
