This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Foringer, Wiles, Prior Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/5UC.2ACE/1.2 Message Board Post: My gg-grandfather was John Foringer Wiles of Pennsylvania. He was born abt 1840 and married Hannah Margaret Prior. I think I may have found him in the 1850 census for Armstrong County with mother named Mary. And if this is her, I believe her maiden name may have been Foringer, as I found a Joseph Wiles living near the Foringer's in the 1840 census. The reason I think these are John's parents are because John's children's names were DeWalt, Jacob, Joseph, John, etc. very much like Mary's children's names. Does any of this sound familiar to what you are working on? Anyone with more info or wanting more info may e-mail me at Pendcan@direcway.com. Thanks! Sandy

Hi Mary, I am sure Frank REITZ isn't in there since he died in Clarion Co., PA. A friend of one of the REITZ researchers is looking for obits in New Bethlehem. Wondering if we should email each other privaely. I don't want to clog up the list as all this goes into the archives. I tried sending you a message privately, but it bounced back. Forget why now. I'm going to put your email address in the blind copy and see what happens. - Bev "Mary Boehnlein" <maryb@nacs.net> wrote: 3/22/05 > Hi Bev, > I had George and Margaret but thanks for placing her for me.
