I could not access HeritageQuest information thru the Godfrey Memorial Library with my Netscape so I updated to Netscape 7.1 and I still can't access the HeritageQuest files. I have no problem accessing the accessable archives thru Godfrey. Just the HeritageQuest files. I encounter a message saying that my computer has timed out. I don't know how to find where to adjust this. My computer guru's father is terminal and I've not had the heart to push him to come over and help me out. Is anyone on the list familiar with this timing out problem and able to tell me how to remedy the situation? Thanks
