I have become suspicious of a family connection, though I (nowhere) have found the direct tie-in. I see a number of sites that say a Jonathan EVANS m. Christina King RALSTON in 1822, she being born in the vicinity of 1802. Now I see the RALSTON online document by Leech saying that John RALSTON (the elder) married a Christianna KING, and she died in 1826. Surely one of these three things is the case here: 1. A most outrageous coincidence, 2. Christina King RALSTON is the d/o Christianna, 3. Christianna is the aunt or something of Christina, and one of the family either liked her, personally, or her name so much they took it though there was not a direct connection. #1 is nonsense. #3 is unlikely, but I acutally have that in another family line, and it fooled me for about a year! #2 is probable. Do you possess the tidbit of information that will tell me the answer, or perhaps a database that will? Thanks, Vince Summers
