Hi Gail, It sounds like a subscription mix up or delay since you recently renewed. Check your credit card record to see if both charges went through. I have the basic subscription plus the subscription to the census (two separate fees). The basic subscription still covers everything except the census, the UK data bases, the newspapers/periodicals data bases and the new emmegration/ships info they've come out with. It seems to me they are adding new data bases for a fee, and haven't decreased access to the old ones in the basic mode. I hope you can clear up what happened to your basic subscription.
