ITEM #81675 February 15, 1797 The Pennsylvania Gazette Pursuant to the last will and testament of John Varley, deceased, will be exposed to sale, on the 24th day of the 2d month (February) next, on the premises, A PLANTATION, situated in the township of Coventry, in the county of Chester, containing about 86 acres, a good quantity thereof is woodland, about 8 or 10 acres meadow, and part thereof watered by a good spring of water that rises near the dwelling-house; there is thereon a good apple orchard and other fruit trees, a log-house, barn and milk-house.
