The Pottstown Mercury Pottstown, Montgomery County, PA Tuesday - November 15, 1955 MRS. A. LAURA KAUFFMAN, 92, formerly of 535 NORTH CHARLOTTE STREET, died early yesterday morning at the Boyer Convalescent home, Birdsboro, where she had been a patient for the past week. Born in Chester county, Mrs. Kauffman was a lifelong resident of Pottstown. She had been an invalid and confined to her home since breaking a leg 3 1/2 years ago. She was the widow of the late Thomas W. Kauffman, who died in October, 1937. Mrs. Kauffman was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Mullen) Reagan. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church. Surviving are one son, W. Carl Kauffman, Palisade, N.J.; one daughter, Mrs. Nellie Klos, Jenkintown; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren. She was the last of her immediate family. Services will be held at 2 p.m. .....
