Funny that name should pop up. I was recently at the Chester County Historical Society and came across that name. Kirkner is my g grandmothers maiden name, she married a Whisler. They were located on Yellow Springs Road, Cedar Hollow PA. Mostly everythere there worked at the lime quarry. While at the library I was specifically looking for info on Salem School House. There were a few records available, basically roll call. However, his name was there along with Whisler, Rapp and many others. Old Cedar Hollow names. Would anyone have an approx date for the father of Norval which was stated as being George? I might be able to narrow a few things down through my records.
