Feb. 11, 1823; sp. Henry Hippel -- Susanna Maria, b. Nov. 15, 1811; bap. Feb. 11, 1823; sp. Henry Hippel -- Susanna Elisabeth, b. Dec. 3, 1813; bap. Feb. 11, 1823; sp. Henry Hippel -- Susanna July, b. June 23, 1815; bap. Feb. 11, 1823; sp. Henry Hippel -- Susanna George, b. April 20, 1821; bap. Feb. 11, 1823; sp. Henry Hippel -- Susanna I have that the sponsors are Henry HIPPLE married to Susanna LUDWIG, (based on their tombstones) but I cannot find the connection to Jacob WEIDNER and wife Sara. Henry and Susanna are buried at St Peter's cemetery, Pikeland on Clover Mill Rd. Henry HIPPLE 8/31/1781 - 10/5/1849 Susanna, nee LUDWIG, wife of Henry died 10/11/1846, aged 64/8/26. Does anyone know who Susanna LUDWIG descends from? A clue to the WEIDNER children might be in the will of Hannah WEIDNER of Oley, Berks Co, in 1829, in which she mentions the 6 children of her brother Jacob who was deceased. It is possible that these 6 children baptized at Zion Lutheran Church in Spring City, Chester Co. are the ones of her brother Jacob mentioned in Hannah's will and maybe Jacob was dying then and had them all baptized on the same day. No file has been found in Berks Co for Jacob WEIDNER, so maybe that is because he lived in Chester Co? Is it possible that Jacob WEIDNER married a Sara HIPPLE or LUDWIG and lived in Chester Co? There is an estate file for Jacob WEIDNER, Charlestown, Chester Co 10/23/1823 with administration to Frederick MILLER. The coincidences are getting stronger that this is the Jacob WEIDNER who had his 6 children bapt on 2/11/1823... Does anyone know of this Jacob WEIDNER and how Frederick MILLER would fit in?
