Hi lists, More questions: Does anyone know if the Brandywine Historical Guild still exists? Where is it? Where was it located? What did they do? Did they have anything to do with the reproduction of Civil War furniture? A man, last name of PEARSON, has contacted the Concord Historical Society -- he has a reproduction of the table GRANT used when General LEE surrendered. On the bottom of the table is stamped -- Brandywine Historical Guild & Concordville, PA. PEARSON would like to know some info about the table. Who made it & was he a carpenter in Concordville? Did the Brandywine Historical Guild sell Civil War furniture? What connection do they have to the table? Interesting!! Thank you very much for any help & suggestions you can give us to help solve this mystery. :) Happy hunting, Helen (DCGS) ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com
