There is an estate indexed in the Register of Wills for Gunnar Lars Knudsen. The file number is 1501-1613. The fiduciary is Richard W. Knudsen. If you go to the Register's office and ask for that file, which will be on microfiche, you will be able to get a copy of the death certificate.
