Good morning list, Would anyone happen to have information about the Baptist Church Cemetery in Radnor, especially the old sexton records? Kathy contacted me about a year ago looking for info & has found the following but she has not been able to find the sexton records: "From what I understand, the old church was torn down in 1951, when Louis Filipone purchased the church and built his family hardware store... which is now owned by Albert and Georgette Voehringer.  For what I have learned, the cemetery seems to be in trust with Wachovia Bank, but it is very sketchy.  Wachovia bank sent copies of the deed (showing the purchase in 1951 and then again in 1984 to the Voehringer).  I spoke with Georgette and she confirmed the story... I also spoke with Bobby Filipone (son of Louis Filipone, who originally purchased the old church)." I spoke to a "Claire" back then, by phone, trying to find info for Kathy about the Baptist Church Cemetery in Radnor but I have since lost her phone #. Would anyone happen to know "Claire" & have her phone #? Please e-mail off list.
