DO NOT ask me to give you ALL the JONES, or ALL the SMITHs, etc. ADMINISTRATION: An "Administration" is when a person dies without a "Will" & leaves an estate, (land, money, etc.). A relative/friend of the decedent, in court, files to become the administrator of the estate. He/she then manages & distributes the estate. Administrator -- a person legally vested with the right of administration of an estate. This index list has the name of a person who died without a Will. Helen M.
