    3. Hello, I will begin the New Year by asking for help with some of my dead ends, Philip FOSNOCHT and his wife, Mary HORNER/HARNER. Philip was born 10/31/1811 in Lebanon, son of Friedrich and Anna Maria FASNACHT, per the records of Salem Lutheran Church. Philip and Mary were married between 1830 and 1833, when son William was born, according to the records of St Gabriel's Episcopal in Douglassville, Berks County. I am looking for their marriage date and location, in hopes of finding Mary's last name, birth place, and parentage. Philip and Mary first appear in the 1840 census for Union Twp, Berks County. In 1850 and 1860, they were in Robeson Twp, Berks County. In 1870 and 1880, they were in W. Nantmeal Twp, Chester County. They are buried in Elverson Methodist Cemetery. Their surviving children are as follows. My great grandfather Allison FOSNOCHT, Postmaster at Joanna, Berks County, who married Sarah Elizabeth WOODWARD. William FOSNOCHT, a shoemaker in Pottstown, Montgomery County, who married Susanna GEIGER. Isaac Geiger FOSNOCHT, a Methodist minister who served in PA, MD, DE, and VA, who married Bessie Burke PRICE. I would appreciate hearing from anyone acquainted with any of these families, especially the HORNER or HARNER family from either Lebanon or Douglassville. Bruce Fosnocht
