Charles, I've had lots of success by going to my own local public library and doing an inter-library loan for the newspaper I need. Your library should have a copy of "Newspapers in Microform: United States". It lists all of the newspapers on microfilm and where they are located. Find the name of the closest town or county where your person died and the name of the newspaper in that area during the time you need. Then ask your librarian to request an interlibrary loan. It may take a few weeks, but usually they are free and you have about two weeks to read them. I then just take a photocopy of the pages I want. Sharon S_Foree@Prodigy.net
