I just found the article on the PA Chester Rootsweb site of the murder of John Humes by Ralph Kramer. In this article, it states that the family had gone out with a John Ross and another man and upon their arrival home, John Humes was killed. I was wondering if anyone knew the man John Ross. It didn't mention his age or if he was married or anything. My grandfather and ggrandfather were both John Rosses and I was wondering if this was one of them? My ggrandfather was a self employed laborer according to the 1910 census in Chester. His son John would have been married to Mary Eskey at the time with a daughter. Any info would be appreciated.
