This archiving also brings up the importance of putting the correct subject of the posting in the subject slot, rather that carrying one over again and again, or using those silly things like roll call, or genealogy. Once you visit the archives you'll instantly discover the importance of this, for without the actual subject being in the slot, you can't tell what the posting is about without clicking on it, waiting for it to load, and then reading it....just to see if it might be of interest. Whereas, if it says Joe Blow 1910 is the subject, then you instantly know if it is of interest or not, and can either choose to read it, or not.......but at least you know, up front, what it concerns. It saves a ton of time.......I'm as guilty as the next guy of forgetting to chance subjects each time, but is really is important to try to do it....visit the archives and see what I mean. You'll give up disgusted and frustrated in no time flat!
