Chris: I don't know of a Jacob Landis in Coventry, but I do have Daniel Landis who died 1878 in N Coventry (was born in 1803). He was married to Elizabeth JONES (1810-1867). They lived in Warwick Twp and then when ELizabeth died in 1867, Daniel moved to N Coventry. I have also found a Peter LANDIS who was married to Elizabeth SPRINGER, dau of Daniel and ELizabeth SPRINGER of Pikeland. I have not been able to find connections except thru the elder Elizabeth SPRINGER's will of 1834, proved 1838 where she mentions two grandchildren, Daniel and Barbara LANDIS and her son-in-law Peter Landis. but leaves her estate to her son Jacob SPRINGER. Her daughter, Elizabeth SPRINGER LANDIS had previously died and she directed her son Jacob to purchase head and foot stones for her grave. Do you know of any of these LANDIS or SPRINGERs? I don't have more definitive dates for Peter Landis other than what I've seen on the list: 1796-1867. This would negate them being my Daniel LANDIS' parents since he was born in 1803. In Alabama, Diana
