I read with interest the discussion on Chester Co - am going for 8 days in Oct and can't wait. Helpful hint: I've emailed the librarian at the Chester Co Historical Society (Diane Rofini at drofini@chestercohistorical.org) several times about my Thornberrys & Woodwards, and she has been a tremendous help - lots there & you can copy it all....at 25cents a copy!! Also, the directions to the Woodward house are as follows: East side of Concord Rd: 1.2 miles south of State Rte. 926 (Street Road), in Westtown,Chester Co Hope this helps you -have a great time - can't wait for my trip!
