I would be happy to drop him/her a line and voice my displeasure. My husband experienced difficulty with this same group when trying to get some info on his family (by mail). I think if all of us wrote a letter to the representative and let them know that the offices are stonewalling citizens who pay their salaries that maybe something might be changed.
