I have ancestors who married in 1806. The bride, Mary Anna Ross THOMPSON, claimed to be from Brandywine, and her bridegroom, John Bowsman SMITH, from Conestoga. The census for 1790 and 1810, plus some wills dated 1805 and 1806, shows that the THOMPSON family lived in West Nantmeal. How far are those two places from each other? Also, what are ADC maps?
