I find that the way Roll Call has been conducted on this list is organized and easy to use. Most of the other lists I receive are also conducting Roll Call this month. They do not seem to adhere to the simple rule of placing the surnames in the subject line, and further details in the body of the message. This makes it so much easier when looking at the in-box to decide to read or delete. Personally, if there are a lot of generic Roll Call messages with no indication of the names, I often just delete them rather than reading each one just to see who is mentioned.
