Unfortunately, Justin, I don't "qualify" for use of Ancestry's immigration lists without "upgrading" for additional $$$$$$ . I just tried . . . again. My great-grandmother Elfrieda Schubert and her brood of children arrived in America in 1886 aboard the "Switzerland" which sailed out of Antwerp, Belgium. Her parents-in-law, Franz & Caroline (Gebauer) Schubert arrived in Philadelphia aboard the "Vaderland," in 1888, having also sailed out of Antwerp. Family lore says that Wilhelm Friedrich Schubert, Elfrieda's husband, s/o Franz & Caroline, came to America aboard a cattle boat (I tend to doubt it) a yr ahead of his wife (thus, 1885-1886, or so). He's the one I'm most interested in finding at this time. Other than that, the other ones I'd be interested in finding are my mother's Scottish ancestors and their arrival here (earlier than the Schuberts) . . . and they would not have come through either Hamburg or Antwerp.
