Dear Fred, My father, Carl H. Weaver, went to high school with someone named "Tuffy" Krumrine. Dad graduated from State College Area High School in 1947, and he said that Tuffy had a bike shop in State College, and his name was Donald. The SCHS directory says that a Donald Krumrine graduated in 1947 in the same year as my Dad. My father had a stroke a year and a half ago, so I would check on this information, but I have found that his memories of the past are correct. Regarding Butch Lower, Dad remembers seeing him, but does not know his first name. I do have a number of resources to check, so let me know if you have any further information.
