I think the obvious solution is that we should all make sure that our information on the "Subject" line agrees with the content of our e-mail. I suspect that I'm as guilty as anyone in doing a "Reply" and quite possibly not always checking on this very thing. If I am a guilty party, I'll try hard to be more cognizant henceforth.
