Dear Patsy,Do you have parents and grandparents of William R. Hoover?  I ask because I have a Caroline Hoover b. July 1826 Clarion County, PA, whose mother or close relative is Rebecca Hoover b. 1797 PA, 63-year-old widow, living with Caroline and her husband Hardman Richards in Centre County,PA, in 1860. Caroline died in Clearfield County in 1903, widowed from her third husband, Samuel George. Looking for Caroline's parents. Richards family dates back to early days of Centre Co., but the Hoover line has me stumped. Margie
