Hi Robin, Might I suggest that you send a snail mail request to that library in Osceola Mills. Also you should include a SASE and a donation of perhaps $5. All public libraries in PA are facing possible closure or at the very least severe budget problems due to the state budget woes, and this is more likely to garner a response.
